This week for Outdoor Wednesday, hosted by A Southern Daydreamer, I thought I would share a couple of pictures from my yard and one from a hike that our family did. This picture was taken from the top of a trail we hiked in the North Georgia mountains. It was a beautiful day. This is the overlook at the top of the trail.
This is one of my Bradford Pear trees that are now blooming. My back fence is lined with these. I absolutely love looking out at these beautiful trees in bloom.

This is my tree that is blooming in my front yard. I apologize that the picture is not so clear, but the blooms are gorgeous. I am now waiting for my azaleas to show their color.

Thank you for taking a look at my Outdoor Wednesday pictures. Be sure to check out the other posts at A Southern Daydreamer.

I am probably the only person in the world that doesn't like to see Bradford pear trees in bloom. I am allergic to them!
They're pretty in pictures though.
I do go to the Kroger in Dalton to shop. I have found that the savings on groceries is worth it. Plus, for every $100 in groceries you buy (before coupons) you can get 10 cents a gallon off at their gas station. It's the cheapest around.
I try to drive B's car. We call it "the krogermobile."

Beautiful blooms.
Our Pears are just now budding. We have Cleveland Pears, also an ornamental Pear tree.

Hi Kim,

I know how beautiful Bradford pear trees are -- like clouds near the earth. Your hike in the mountains was fun, I'm sure. Thanks for sharing!

All the best, Lana @ Showers of Blessings

Great blooming trees! Sure sign that Spring is around the corner... It's quite wet where I am right now after some warm days. Oh well...
